2012 IN THE MAKING NOW !!!!

 WE ARE NOW TAKING NAMES FOR BANDS THAT WANT TO PLAY THE 2012 FESTIVAL ..REGISTER TODAY !!!!

 Welcome to the Salford Music Festival.

2010 The festival was born, we managed with no funding to put on over 60 free live gigs In Salford.

Many bands and acts and members of the public and venues gave there support and services for free.

The mainstage event was held at The Ritz Manchester on Sunday 12th September with over 700 people attending and a total of 19 acts performed on the day.

Now its time to begin plans for 2011, lessons were learnt from 2010 and we aim to keep the same objectives.

If you feel you can assist us in promoting Salford and Manchester's music scene, by way of performing, organising or simply just getting involved then please get in touch.

We all about the music and not the profit.
